Meet Becky McNaughton!

Becky has worked in the office and as our Scale Operator in Brown City for 3 years. She has an Associate degree in General Education from SC4 and worked as a kindergarten aide in the Croswell School District for 4 years before coming to MAC. We’re sure glad she found her fit in agriculture as part of our team though!

Becky would tell you that one of the most unique parts about working at Brown City is the sugar beet pellet industry. The Brown City location has inbound and outbound trucks, as well as rail pellets, moving pretty much year round. A lot of the outbound truck drivers come from all over the country, which makes it really interesting to talk to and get to know them. This aligns to Becky’s favorite part of working for MAC, which is her co-workers and all the people she gets to meet every day.

Wheat and fall harvest are Becky’s favorite times of the year working in agriculture. Outside of work though, she has been married for 25 years and is mom to their two boys, Jake (20) and Josh (18). They also have a Corgi/Red Heeler named Waylon who is 3 years old. As a family, they enjoy taking walks in the woods to the creek behind their house, going to the beach to look for beach glass, and riding around on their Gator.
