Meet Madysen Eady!

For around 2 and a half years, Madysen has been on team MAC in the thumb. She is currently working in Brown City as our Feed Safety/Safety Coordinator, but started out in Marlette as our Scale Operator/Safety Coordinator. Madysen attended Kansas State University where she earned her Bachelors degree in Animal Science and and joined MAC as her first job after college.

When it comes to working for MAC, Madysen won’t hesitate to tell you that her favorite part is definitely talking to and building relationships with farmers/customers. She also enjoys that there is always something different about each day. The feed safety portion of Madysen’s role is related to the sugar beet pellets which are stored in Brown City. This location is the only MAC facility that handles these pellets, so her position is individually unique.

Madysen enjoys how busy things can be in the fall, which aligns to what is probably her favorite time of year. She also likes being able to see many of our farmer customers during that time, plus is a big fan of the cooler weather that fall brings.

Off the clock, Madysen is kept busy by Riggs, her Aussie/Border Collie who can be a handful. Many weekends throughout the summer, you’d likely find her at the race track working as part of the pit crew for her dad. You also might catch her listening to some of her favorite music by the Turnpike Troubadors.

Although  Madysen wasn’t sure of her favorite Michigan destination, she said she’s always down for a road trip to check out new places around the state. Regardless where the journey takes her, we’re glad she’s building her career home at MAC!
