Meet MAC Monday: Jesse Allen
Meet Jesse Allen!
After completing school, Jesse has learned his expertise on-the-job. Jesse has been at MAC for around a year and a half, and has made a big impact working in a variety of roles during that time. Jesse joined our team as the Maintenance Supervisor in the thumb before transitioning to be our Marlette Grain Merchandiser. He recently became the Thumb Assistant Manager, however continues to fill merchandising responsibilities until that role is filled. Before joining our team, Jesse was previously a Mechanical Superintendent.
When it comes to how Jesse helps our team, he has a focus on improving efficiencies, strengthening the team environment at MAC, and is able to bring outside thoughts and perspective to the ag industry. He’s still figuring out exactly what his favorite part of working for MAC is though.
In his off time, Jesse’s favorite time of the year is the summer, where he can enjoy fishing and the Michigan summer heat. He also keeps busy spending time with family and making memories alongside his wife with his two little girls (7 & 3). His hobbies include hunting, fishing, shooting, and working on things.
We’re glad Jesse has brought his outside experience into MAC. If you want to know more about those “things” he enjoys working on or would like to get to know him better in general, you might be able to persuade him to meet over his favorite breakfast: corned beef hash.
